What did you do to get this issue? Well i start fivem after restarting computer works few times, then i try to launch again and the fivem procceses runs, but like 2 procceses are not running for some reason windows deffender is off, same with anti virus, and yes i have cleared caches.xml, i need to restart my pc every time i want to play rp and thats just cancer help pls… planning on updating to windows 10 soon
