CPU usage 90+ % keeps freezing game

My game is freezing every single time i join a server but when i go to the GTA V online mode or story mode it is using 50 or less %, this is freezing my game everytime. is there something i can do to fix this issue?

Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus?

Also add what you already tried so far. cleared al files from cache, even the folders in there, re-installing GTA and FiveM multiple times on HDD and SSD, uninstalled antivirus programs, disabled all firewall protection, looked for spy/adware cleaned them also

i have been playing with only FiveM, TS3 open and taskmanger on the background, but it seems that every single time it says that FiveM has stopped responding, so it freezes the entire game, i tried to make a DMP file from the details of Taskmanager, but that is a 7GB dmp file…
and i am not even sure if there will be anybody looking at it.

Should i upload it here so people can look at it and maybe tell me what to do? or not?

is there somebody here that knows anything about this issue being looked at?
