i click on FiveM TO LOAD IT AND IT SAYS IM ON AN OUTDATED VERSION OF WINDOWS TEN and that i need to be on verion 1703 or higher and when i click ok it says could not oad citezengame.dll please help me

i have been receiving an error named could not load citezengame.dll whenever i launch fiveM and already have Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2015 already installed.
