What did you do to get this issue? Random crash.
What server did you get this issue on? Aftermath RP - 157.230.10.31
Can you gather some more information such as, do they have any menus open; can they upload their Citizen.log(s) to this forum. Have they tried clearing their cache have you tried restarting the server? Does this only occur on you’re server? Do you have any errors on the server when the users seem to crash out; unlikely but there is a chance. These are all questions that should be answered when posting something to help narrow it down for the Community Volunteer responding to your Technical Support question.

We have cleared our cache, the clients have cleared their cache.
Does this only occur on your server?
It only occurs on my server.
Do you have any errors on the server when the users seem to crash out?
No errors in logs when they crash out, I just see (Timed out 10 sec) in chat
I have instructed my players to post to this thread when they crash.

I must say after dealing with a lot of people who can’t follow the format when posting an issue; you are like a shinning gem. I am going to download the log you uploaded in you’re original post and start looking at possible solutions.
