CitizenFX Fatal Error: ROS launcher failed before it could give an all-clear?

Whenever I launch my game I get the error “ROS launcher failed before it could give an all-clear?”. I’ve reinstalled GTA like 3 times and it hasn’t fixed it. I also reinstalled FiveReborn many times. I also updated my .net framework.

Did you start FiveReborn as Administrator and in compatibility Mode for Windows 8?

Compatibility mode seemed to remedy the problem! Thanks!
