Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus: yes

Also add what you already tried so far.
I went on the discord and someone recommended me to update .net framework, this was up to date.
I also went ahead and installed c++ redistributable but nothing changed. The nice lad helping me was Smallo, he recommended me to post here after those two failing.
