Cant see some of the players car/ Cars is invinsible? [HELP]

When i in game in FiveM i can see some players, but if they spawn another car i cant see it i can just see the blip on the map.
When i try to spawn the Ambulance my llamda freezes but when other plyers spawn it its visible for them but not for me.
(Someone please help me)

I have installed FiveM correctly and every thing and i have 16gb RAM i dont understand!

are you using NaturalVision with RadianceV? If so, uninstall it.
