Can't direct connect to server

I can’t direct connect to my local server. It says that it is running but I cant seem to join no matter what IP i put in

You’re not executing your server.cfg file correctly. You can tell because only 1 resource is being started… Make sure you’re CD’ing to the correct directory and adding +exec server.cfg
