Can't connect to my VPS hosted FiveM server :(

Hi!

So I’ve been trying to get this to work for a few hours now. I can’t seem to figure it out. I have a Windows Server 2016 VPS from Amazon Web Services (AWS) and I connected to it and installed an FXServer for windows correctly. The cmd window says its “sending heartbeat to fivem” and all that but when I go to put the public IP address of the VPS + the port (30120) into the FiveM direct connect box, it cant find the server. I worked out how to add ports to the Windows Firewall system and I have opened TCP and UDP ports for 30120 and 30110. Yet I still cannot seem to find the server in the FiveM launcher.

ask the VPS company if those ports can be opened on there end.

EDIT: Seems like on my plan they don’t offer technical support so thats kinda annoying…

Will do.
I’ve been dreading doing it though as it might take a while seeing as they don’t usually respond very quickly in my time zone.
