Hello, I am wondering if I will be able to run FiveM. My computer cannot run GTA5 I already downloaded all the files and everything, but my pc can’t handle the game. Before I download FiveM I want to make sure I will be able to run it at least decently. Thanks for you’re time and I hope you can get back to me soon.
If your performance is sub-par in GTA V, I doubt it’ll be better in FiveM. Worst comes to worst, just give it a shot.

FiveM acts more as an embedded layer in-between the game itself and adding features allowing the community to customise their own server and experience. In effect, as FiveM is directly reliant on GTA, if you are having issues running the game or use a system that is below the minimum requirements then theoretically you should not see any difference between GTA:O and any FiveM server, that is also depending on how stable the server you are playing on is and whether or not they are streaming any custom vehicles.
