You are not allowed to do any FiveM advertisement on your products, unless you have been allowed by FiveM specifically.
If you see the link i have posted to Iceline-Hosting, you will see they advertise their server products as " FIVEM PLAN’S".
Iceline-Hosting is not on FiveM’s list of Companies allowed to do such advertisement, currently only Zap-Hosting is.

Because others do it that does not make it and less a violation of the ToS. No need to encourage people to use a service that does that 
Still the best vps company
Although they have good custom support, I do not agree about the " good ddos protection " I have been null-routed multiple times using NFO.
