Not sure if it has been said for not, but OVH has changed its TOS and gaming services are no longer allowed to be on there servers.
GameHosting no longer does FiveM neither.
It seems like there is a blacklist going on to make Zap the Alpha Omega around here.

Unsure what the best server host is, i have heard Zap hosting was bad but i can’t find anything better.
NFO is pretty nice from my own expierence
I used zap hosting for mine when I had it but to be honest fivem should open it up. Zap is easy to use but for one it takes forever to do a server restart or anything else with it with a vps things are just fast easy upload change and restart and get going. Now if zap could improve on that more then they wouldn’t be bad and maybe lower some of the price a little if your doing a linux build.
But Zap-Hosting does not support - Custom Backup Location, if you have 3gb size of your ressources files, you have to backup everything together and download/upload 3gb all time.
Console or Putty (ssh client) not support … Just for beginners
Update artifacts files (tar.xz) … Big PROBLEM!

It is a very broad question to be very honest with you. I think it’s totally depend on your choice. However, If I were you I could have gone with google cloud as it is a more credible option for me then other.
I have even selected managed Google dedicated server which is powered by Cloudways for some of my websites.
