Does anyone know if there’s an anime map or how to take the offline anime map mods and make them stream to client on the fivem server

i only know there anime cars like liverys
I made one by porting a few gta5mods from thier website it took 5 Mins to load in on initial load but had anime police peds the whole works but never went public as I went development/management on dunkosrp
