Also add what you already tried so far.I tried clearing my cache and reinstalling

When ever i aim left or up it it lags and interrupts my right click aim. I know for a fact its not my mouse because i dont get this issue on any other games or in gta5. Ive had this issue for a week now can anyone please help.
