Zap hosting errors

so I have these errors on one of my servers, and cannot access my stuff at all! how do I fix this
Host Ping Down

21.01.2018 22:33:51 - now

No Comment

Systems: Windows vServer Host Slave 027

OPEN
hardware failure

Systems: Gameserver Hostsystem Windows 27

OPEN
Host SSH Port Down

Systems: Root_029 PREMIUM

Also, on my second server zap hosting says it is online, but when I go to direct connect, Five M says “Server could not be found Servery query timed out. Make sure you’ve entered the correct address”

is there anything I can do on my end to fix either of these things, or do i need to have them both fixed through the hosting site

Is there a way for me to change the IP myself without contacting zap support, or do I need to contact zap support every time this needs to be done?
