Will I need to reinstall the game if I want to play GTA Online?

Hello!

I downloaded this mod because I got banned from GTA Online for a month and I would like to know if it modifies any game data and if it does which files?
I’d like to know this in order to delete and then redownload the modified files once I get unbanned so I won’t get banned again.
