Its killing my memory and locking my FPS at 45. Even some of my friends are having issues joining servers.

System specifications: 16GB ram, GTX 1060 6GB, with an i5 6600k
What did you do to get this issue?: Nothing

are you using only 4GB of ram? otherwise i never seen FiveM eat that much memory and the 45 frames is mostly due to most servers using the same resources such as ESX.
Also there is a support template, could you please fill it out.
You should just edit this topic and not make another as that is not needed.
I have 16GB of ram, but after the last FiveM update I started having this issue
