also I didnt install FiveM to my GTA V folder, just my D: Drive

Looks like you left out the majority of your GTA folder. By the looks of it you have GTA mods installed. Remove them.
Also, please upload your log and crash file (if any). I can see the log file in your last screenshot.
That didn’t work, even removing the mods
