Hi im new, and i didnt really understand what five is in on the website. Does fivem allows us to interact with other gta:o players still? Does it allow us to give money to other players?

FiveM is a multiplayer modification for GTA. It allows you to host your own servers and to modify the gameplay through addons.
No, there is no connection to GTA:O at all. FiveM is a completely separate mod.
If you have an add-on that adds that feature, then yes. Do note however, that money given to players will only be available on that particular server.
Its not a GTA:O hack, if that’s what you are thinking.
