Hello, i have a vRP server and sometimes when i turn the server on it gives a “identification error” to everyone who tries to join, the people who are in the server can’t get their cars out of the blips and can’t write in chat. Usually I restart the server a few times and it’s all fixed. This only happens like once every 3 days. Yesterday it gave me that error, and since then i restarted it like 20 times and it’s still not fixed. Can it be like because the database is overcharged or something? I had to close the server, could you guys help me please? Thank you.

This isn’t a FiveM issue, although I have some input on the issue:

Typically a vRP “Identification Error” occurs if:

  • The server loses connection to the database
  • An error occurs in the mysql resource
  • Your database doesn’t respond

The error is caused by the server being unable to check players identifiers with the registered users in the database.

Make sure your database is available, reliable and responsive.
Also make sure no recent changes or additions are causing any errors.
