You need to add “ems” to an user id but lowercase, not “EMS” uppercase and try to relog…
you aren’t kidding, healing isn’t available in the newest update for EMS. I am really debating on moving builds once again for the 4th time this week…

is the default perms under cfg groups.lua?
In the admin section > Add group > group > id
The id is from the vRP not standalone FiveM, go to user list and watch your id

from what i have seen i only had three perms… and i dont know what you mean by setting perms… i did copy and paste and im trying it out to see if it does anything… This new update really messed it up for my buddies and I and im a lost puppy trying to figure out how to fix it.

I added the perms to groups.lua and it did nothing. I added my buddy to ems lowercase and there are no interactions for healing or places to view that specific task
