but alaways when u receive dirty money u can be jaild by de police, its like a mission for police, fbi, finding and detectiving when u are illegals itens… in my teory its look much better

and can you make so police can escort cuffed players and custom jail time more some of my cops dont know time so players are in jail long time xD and remove AI cops so its only player cops

No you need to use your steamid:hexnumber
but everyone can open the trainer.
Being the admin is only for adminmenu with weather and time.
Here is how you get the ID:
- First you need the SteamID64 (use this => http://steamidfinder.com/41 and you get => 76561198120317260)
- When you have the SteamID64 (for example 76561198120317260) you need to convert it to Hexadecimal (use this http://www.binaryhexconverter.com/decimal-to-hex-converter52). And to finish you should write like the following steam:1100001098A314C

Yeah I know how to do the steam ID but I and trying to stay from using anything connected to steam id’s because some of our people dont use steam version of GTA… So im taking it the trainer is just extra? Is is essential to have ot or just for weather and time?
The ingame adminmenu does a good job for me.
not many special things in.
you can simply start it without addin your id.
But everyone can open it.
Just try it.
Only weather and time is limited to the steamid so far.
You can play around tuning your car and such stuff. Also the trainer despwaned my car grrr 
I was able to get mello working with IP… And I can see the admin side of mello… so it must work with IP…
