vMenu

Me too… Does anyone have a solution to this? (ubuntu 18.04)

EDIT

@AndyGotfridt read this post, it worked for me (the IMPORTANT section btw).

"Failed to load script vMenuServer.net.dll.

Started resource vMenu"
Wait what?
(Btw, it does not open when pressing M, I just updatet from an old version)

Is there a way to disable weapon loadouts and weapons re spawning have set perms to deny but still keeps messing with weapons. I use es_extended to restore my loadouts.

After patch doest work

No info = no fix.

Provide info if you want support.

Read the 3.0.0, 3.0.1 and 3.0.2 update posts. There’s warnings in them that you should read before updating. Clearly nobody reads warnings.

Permissions and convars are the way to go, check the docs.

No info = no fix.
If you want help, then provide info. Simply saying “doesn’t work” is utterly useless and you’ll just end up being ignored/your comments being flagged as spam.

but i don’t have any problems on my logs , i can check version of vmenu /vmenuclient something like this and thats says i use the new version 3.0.2 but menu still not works on M

sry i saw something
Failed to load script vMenuServer.net.dll.
Started resource vMenu

Did you read the warnings in the 3.0.1 changelog?

Thanks got it all setup was on my end. Thanks for such a great script.

Can we replace the open key ? Cos i changed the :
"# Any valid control ID can be used here.

setr vmenu_menu_toggle_key 318

#setr vmenu_noclip_toggle_key 344 "

and it doesn’t disable the no clip aswell

in that case either your server is outdated or you’re not executing the permissions.cfg.

What do you mean by not executing ?

https://docs.vespura.com/vmenu/installation/

Everything is standard and i have not messed with the other files except from disabling stuff in the permission.cfg

Oh , i will try that now .

then you haven’t placed the permissions.cfg in the correct folder, read the instructions carefully.

Ok , sorry for wasting your time. :zipper_mouth_face:

anyone know why this is happening :

[vMenu] [WARNING] vMenu is set up to ignore permissions!
If you did this on purpose then you can ignore this warning.
If you did not set this on purpose, then you must have made a mistake while setting up vMenu.
Please read the vMenu documentation (https://docs.vespura.com/vmenu).
Most likely you are not executing the permissions.cfg (correctly).

server.cfg:

exec resources/vMenu/config/permissions.cfg

Configure your permissions in - permissions.cfg file

when I update I lose my ban list how do I keep that intact?
