Visualsettings.dat serverside? .RPF serverside?

After the update you cannot use OpenIV, which sucks. My question is, since you at the staff are saying that the only thing you cannot edit right now is sounds, how do i edit visualsettings.dat, vehicles.meta, carcols.ymt via the server? Is it the same as cars, “Stream” folder? Or is it possible to stream update.rpf? Is there anything planned for the future instead of OpenIV?

Those .meta’s should go into your players client. A couple of locations;

[CLIENT] EMERGENCY LIGHTS MODIFICATIONS

Visualsettings.meta
citizen\common\data\

Vehicles.meta
citizen\common\data\levels\gta5\

Carvariations.meta
citizen\dlc\dlc_mpChristmas2\common\data
