System specifications Intel Core i5-6600K, 16GB RAM, Geforce GTX 1060 6GB, Windows 10 Pro 64bit (Version : 1709, Build: 16299.98)
What did you do to get this issue? Following install, ran the FiveM.exe - commenced updating and then error.
What server did you get this issue on? None, application was updating.

Think you nailed it dude - had to disable NV ShadowPlay - update completes and application now launches :grinning:
