5 days and still no fix? I haven’t been able to find any sort of official statement from FiveM about this. Anyone have an idea of a possible fix date?
The issue re-emerged. It was fixed and know popped up again. The underlying issue has to do with Rockstar services, so unfortunately it’s a difficult issue to permanently fix.
Be patient, or grab the missing file from a friend.

Just attempted to try the updated google link and that worked fine, but I am still getting an Error message. Only issue is that I don’t exactly know If I extracted it right because the instructions were a little vague. Do I extract all the files in the game folder to %localappdata%\FiveM\FiveM.app\cache\game or just the cache.dat file?
