Hello we are 2 brother’s and we can’t play same server for ip problem, we try to change whit vpn, but didn’t work, anyone of you guy’s can help us?

Ask the server owner for support, if they don’t allow two people to play using the same IP then they setup a crap user system. Since this isn’t a FiveM issue, I’m closing this topic.
