Trying to get this ANPR to work

So I’ve been trying to get Metiri’s ANPR to work - http://www.lcpdfr.com/files/file/7800-metiris-anpr-speed-radar/ and it does with the latest scripthookv and scripthookdotnet but not the one that comes installed with PoliceMod2. Here is the error it gives - Instantiating script ‘ANPR’ in script domain ‘ScriptDomain_84992714’ …

Any suggestions?

Put the ini in the scripts folder inside of your GTA 5 main dir.

What files and where did you install it? I can’t get it to work!!

Yes I am lost as well as far as how you guys got it to work could you please elaborate a little more in depth about which file goes where?
