Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus? Yes
I have installed the newsted Windows updates; graphic driver updated; disabled my Anti-virus program; FiveM added in my firewall; DMZ host openend on my router; port forward on my router; executed ipconfig with /release and /renew in cmd; clear the cache completedly. But nothing helps. I am connected on the internet with a CAT 6 ethernet cable from my laptop to my router.
