This error comes up before installation maybe someone had this before and its an easy fix?

GTA V version - 1.0.231.0(Up to date)
Legit on CD
Windows 10 Pro(Legit)
I did not attempt to delete the cache but ill try
Just freshly installed the game on my new pc because just got a new one and this problem appeared which didnt appear on my old pc.
System specification
i7 7700K Kaby Lake 4.8GHz OC
Sapphire Nitro+ RX480 OC
Asus Maximus Hero IX

I haven’t gone on any servers as i can’t even install it but when i disabled my antivirus this error came up
