Every time I try to spawn a car I get the Thirteen-early-eleven and its really starting to get annoying. I really want to play with my friends and I cant because pf this thing.
We’ve not seen any reports for thirteen-early-eleven, however there’s thirteen-early-seven which is related to badly having installed audio mods.
Can you fill out the support template, and mainly take a screenshot of the error with the ‘details’ expanded?

So if you have any mods that change the sounds, probably best to remove/do a clean install of GTAV/FiveM 
Ill be getting the screenshots soon and I have reinstalled FiveM two to three times tonight.
Sounds mods also go in the GTAV folders, no? If so, you have to do a clean install of that as well.

And I did disable my Anti-virus but nothing happened. (Edit) I still got thirteen-early-eleven
