I am a member of a Texas-based role-playing community, currently accepting applications, called Texas Justice Department Role-play (or TJDRP for short.) Our motto is “If you can dream it, you can be it!”
There’s a wide variety of departments and subdivisions to fit your fancy, from Law Enforcement, Fire/EMS, Civilian Operations, and a Court System coming soon! Everything is structured to allow as much creative growth and freedom as you could want while still preventing the plague of FailRP, VDM/RDM and disrespect that you may find in other servers.
Because of this structure, there is an application process. When you apply, your application will be reviewed within 48 hours of submission by one of our members of recruitment staff. The next step is a brief interview, to verify some information as well as vet incoming members and prevent things like modders, trolls, and bullies to ensure the best quality of roleplay you could want!
Here at TJDRP, we hold ourselves to a higher, more professional standard (without ruining the fun, of course) and we have a lot to offer!
