Stuck on Yellow Screen and Nothing happens

What did you do to get this issue?
All I did was download FiveM and this happen
What server did you get this issue on?
Was not able to get on to a server

Also add what you already tried so far.

I have tried everything, I have look at other topic and did them and nothing was fixed. Is there something new that I can do.
