Stuck in server loading screen forever

Hi,

if i try to join a server with mods i stuck in the loading screen for ever.
i can see the current chat from the game but i only have the loading bar.
Console just sends HTTP POST requests to gameservices.

current one, 8/6/2019

Up to date?
yes

Legit or Pirate copy?
legit

Steam/CD/Social Club?
steam, just reinstalled

Windows version?
10, 1903

Did you try to delete caches.xml and try again?
yes

Ryzen 2700X
RTX 2080 Ti
16 GB RAM

Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus?
yes, everything done so far

Also add what you already tried so far.
reinstall everything
clear cache

Its was either my steam name or my fivem name.
can be marked as solved.

Hello!
My fivem gets on the screen loading the server endlessly. Fivem loads normal, but time to enter the server, loads infinitely! How do I fix this bug? Thanks in advance
