GTAV steam version, legit copy, running a server on ubuntu linux. Having an issue getting admin privileges with our server-side trainer. The config lua file asks for a steam ID for admin priviliges, and I’ve tried steam64 steamID3, and the hex value and I still cannot get access to the admin menu. It’s frustrating. If anyone has any experience with tuning mod menus like MelloTrainer, help would be appreciated.

Whilst I appreciate your frustration, this is not a FiveM issue. I would recommend trying to seek assistance from the mod author directly. We will not be able to provide you assistance for third-party menu/scripts.
