Who are we?
State of San Andreas Emergency Role-play is a community based off of FiveM Application. We are a serious roleplay community that focuses on public safety. SoSAER is the most knowledgeable, experienced and is one of the elite communities out here, that has a lot to offer for its staff. The community was founded by real-life first responders who want to extend their knowledge to help educate the community past their local area. We have trained professionals who are eager to help not only the role-play community but help build you as a well-rounded individual. Being in our community means more than just signing up, the administration is dedicated and strives for excellence. Our staff will receive high-quality real-world knowledge, once in a life time hands-on experiences, 100% custom and up to date uniforms, tech-savvy. tools, brand new vehicle fleets, “ YouTube time” and a clear in-depth insight on what it is like to be a first responder.

Every department is 100% custom this includes but is not limited to; peds, els and non-els vehicles, skins, scripts, whitelisted positions, an advanced tech savvy MDT/CAD system, weapons and much more!

DUTIES
SoSAER members have sworn staff dedicated to upholding and enforcing all in-game laws as well as maintaining peace and order within the community, including but not limited to, role-playing for extended periods of time in various roles, protecting lives and property and assisting in the development of State of San Andreas Emergency Role-play.
QUALIFICATIONS
To be eligible to take part in the recruitment process for SoSAER, applicants must possess the following qualifications:
Have a working copy of the FiveM Application
Have TeamSpeak3
Possess a working headset and microphone
REQUIREMENTS
Must be fluent in speaking the English language
Must be fluent in writing and reading the English Language
HIRING PROCESS
A hiring process will be utilized in assessing applicants. Each phase will be used as a means to determine an applicant’s suitability for employment as a State of San Andreas Emergency Role-play member.

State of San Andreas Emergency Role-play Academy
Eligibility for appointment is conditional upon the applicant’s ability to pass each of the three phases. Additionally, FTO ride time is considered an “on-the-job” analysis of the individual’s ability to perform all tasks and maintain expectations of SoSAER staff.
Those who choose to pursue the law enforcement route are eligible to serve on our civilian team.
