hello i change my handling.meta but that does not change much to the car

But did you clear the cache tho? If so i would make sure that the __resource.lua has links to all the correct documents, the handling ID in the vehicles.meta matches the one defined in the handling.meta, and that you’re changing the correct values by following this article. If all else fails, make sure that you have followed this article to the teeth and that all files are in the correct places. if none of this works then i don’t know what to tell you buddy
