Singleplayer police vests to FiveM

So, I have some AMAZING vests I would like to use, however, I am unsure how to get them into FiveM. In my previous community, they had gotten in a vest by putting it over a sheriff’s vest and it had a custom spawn name. If anybody has any clue how to, please let me know. Thank you.

Unfortunately, FiveM does not support EUP.
