Go to “view” in file explorer and enable file extensions then send me a screenshot please.
Now what is inside your run.bat? And make sure you are double clicking your run.bat.
start run.cmd +exec server.cfg is in it
and i doubleclick the run
Now send your whole server.cfg and do not show your rcon password or key.

Also try removing the " to the left and right of your key.
Removing the quotations doesn’t affect the key though? Like, quotes or not, it still works regardless.

yes and when i put it in and click the run.bat nothing happens?

Hey create a new server start.bat and set it up to run the server.cfg with a brand new key. Are you doing the server key generator correctly??
