Server Not Working in Windows 10? | CLOSED

I have 2 computers and in the computer with windows 7 working server but in the computer with windows 10 the server not start and close all time.

Please Help. Thank for all.

try start the server throw the exe
\bin\CitizenMP.Server.exe

Windows 10 should work fine.
