Server Not Showing in List/Direct Connect

What did you do to get this issue?
Ordered a host via NFOServers, set everything up and unable to find the server upon the list;
I read that 4 minutes is for a 2nd heartbeat to load on the list, still nothing. I tried Firewall port forwarding but that hasn’t done anything. Their support team have told me the port is open but any Port Checking Website says it’s Closed, really unsure what to do now.
