try

  • running as administrator

  • running with dedicated graphics card

    (this worked for me)
  • making sure steam is working

running as administrator is not suported and running with dedicateed graphics card i have no idea how or what it even requires me to do and also i have a screenshot of how it looks like for me when i get to the place that the server list should show https://puu.sh/t5yU6/642d33e15d.png

do you have an NVidia graphics card? if so, rightclick fivereborn.exe and it should give you an option to change your desired graphics processor
