"MySql.data.MySqlClient.MySqlException: Duplicate entry ‘steam:…’ for key ‘Primary’
This happens when too many people are trying to connect to the server… then I get this error, and the database I get “[vRP] Identification Error” and nobody can connect anymore.
and also the error can be with 'license: …" not only steam

Did you try to delete caches.xml and try again? yes
