I can’t join my server, server connection timed out after 15sec, but when i put my phone connection i can connect.
Can someone tell me how to solve the problem? that will be great!

Windows 7 is no longer supported:

You should upgrade to Windows 10, you can use your current Windows 7 key to upgrade to 10.

It’s strange, with my livebox i can’t connect (timed out), but with my phone connection i can.
Is that not just a problem with my internet box?

If you’re using your data on your phone and the connection is successful, try connecting to your home internet and seeing if the problem is the same as your PC. This’ll help narrow things down.

I can connect very well with the connection of my phone, but not with home internet.

I try a lot of time to reset my box but nothing changes, always the same error message.

So will this change something I’m going from windows 7 to 10?

Considering your problem might be network related and not exactly OS related, it’s hard to say. But being on Windows 10 will ensure you can get support for other issues that may arise with FiveM
