I create server on myarena.ru and cant connect(Ip 62.122.214.222)

The website myarena.ru is not allowed to create game servers, only ZAP hosting is allowed to.
If you do not have a gameserver, but a VPS or dedicated server, contact FiveM at the email address in the error message.
Honestly, the error message tells you EXACTLY what is wrong.
