Simple answer, no.
It was blocked for the reason that it caused more harm than good. Bringing it back would only cause those same issues again, and the amount of technical support topics due to crashing would be a nightmare.

Oh Ok i Understand that plus if dot net was still in the game i bet there would be more trolls 2 so i guess that its a good thing
