I’m looking for a database cleanup tool, which is able to either completely remove a character with a search and remove function or to copy the selected one completely into a new database.
I would like to save a lot of work and time and handle a wipe, someone please an idea?

You don’t need a tool, you can just run a query that can purge data from all tables that match a certain criteria. I’d assume you’d search for identifier. Anywho, this tutorial should get you in the right direction: http://www.mysqltutorial.org/mysql-delete-join/
