i tried running with administrator / running with compatibility mode / reinstalling for like 6 times and still getting this error help please

This is a common thing, usually restarting a few times helps. Next to that, make sure you are running steam in the background and logged in.

Also, might want to check if you have any anti-virus and make sure it’s allowed in your firewall.
