Also add what you already tried so far.
I’ve tried removing scripthookv.dll (someone told me it could be it), then put it back, removed cache.xml file and tried running, still crash. The launcher crashes (“Stopped working”) which leads to the ROS error in my case. (Also, when I tried to start it the launcher skipped the “cancel” “retry” “Offline Mode” screen/buttons and went straight to the game, then stopped working and the game started, although when I pressed the button to close the program that stopped working the game said “Loading offline mode” or something like that, eventhough I was looking at the serverscreen but then the game just quit). I also tried running without plugins.
