Is it still possible to stream custom rims if so would someone explain how to stream them?

You put the wheel files into the “resources/[resource-name]/stream”
Make sure you have a resource.lua

Would I just leave the resource.lua blank or what would I put in the file?
Sorry for the lack of knowledge just leaving to do this.

For vehicle wheels, yes, you would leave it blank.

However, I would prefer to have at least the manifest on the resource.lua

For example, your resource.lua would just have

resource_manifest_version ‘44febabe-d386-4d18-afbe-5e627f4af937’

One issue I am having is the texture on the rims would you know how to fix this issue?

I just use a completely blank __resource.lua. Put the wheels in the /resources/resourcename/stream/ folder. They are named the same as stock wheels so they just overwrite them.

I have the rims ingame just the texture for them are messed up. they are replacing stock wheels also.
